The 4DX Evolver driver is a sign of things to come. That's because a new rule allows "adjustable" clubs such as this one to conform to the Rules of Golf. Adjustable clubs feature a locking mechanism (no epoxy is used) to connect the head and shaft. (Callaway and TaylorMade offer similar systems.) Evolver includes an updated 4DX head (454cc), wrench, choice of loft (8°, 9°, 10.5°, 12°) and shaft (seven models). Just select the loft and shaft (or two) maybe a high-launch and a low-launch model. It's quick and easy to switch shafts to suit your preferences, course setup, etc. You'll find more than 200 shafts at nickentgolf.com/evolve. Look for fairway woods and hybrids with a similar connection system by summer.
