After opening in the fall of 2004, Stonelick Hills quickly gained a reputation as Cincinnati's newest "Must-Play Course". With over 7100 yards and boasting a strong 136-slope rating, the course is surrounded only by heavily forested natural beauty and no housing developments. Stonelick's wide undulating fairways, nine lakes and five par 5's combine to deliver a world-class golf experience that is challenging yet rewarding. Another distinct feature of Stonelick Hills is the theatre-like view of the course from the 3-level patio of the spectacular clubhouse. From any level of the patio, patrons can closely watch the action on both the par-5 eighteenth hole, as well as, Stonelick's "signature" island green par-5 ninth hole.
Course owner Jeff Osterfeld passionately designed and built Stonelick Hills as a lifetime labor of love with one thing in mind - a pure "golf only" environment that he promises to continually improve. "The ultimate goal is to have the finest public course in the state with a relatively small, select membership" says Osterfeld. He notes, "All golfers from every set of tees will appreciate the uniqueness of each hole and feel individually challenged by the variety of shots necessary to complete such a strategic layout."
