Stone Mountain Golf Club is located at the base of the south's most spectacular monument, Stone Mountain. The 36-hole facility, located within Stone Mountain State Park offers two distinct golf experiences. Stonemont, the original championship course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr and opened in 1969. Stonemont measures 6863 from the championship tees with a rating of 74.0 and slope of 134. Walking is allowed on Stonemont only Monday-Thursday anytime and starting at twilight Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
