Turning Stone Resort's three championship golf courses, created by designer
Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and Rick Smith - make the resort one of the
premier golf destinations in the country. Turning Stone provides the ultimate
resort setting featuring luxurious accommodations, including two AAA four diamond
award-winning hotels, fine dining and star-studded entertainment. Guests can
also enjoy our 33,000 sq. ft. Ska:na The Spa at Turning Stone, where modern
treatments are combined with time-honored American Indian healing traditions
to create the world's most luxuriously unique spa experience.
Atunyote Golf Club at Turning Stone
The longest of Turning Stone's three championship courses at 7,479 yards, this
Tom Fazio design is home to the PGA TOUR's Turning Stone Resort Championship,
with a purse of $6 million. The Turning Stone Resort Championship is the only
PGA TOUR event held on Native American soil. Atunyote's vast parkland setting
features vast stretches of open space, gently rolling hills, a stream and small
waterfalls, and several lakes. The largest body of water, measuring 13 acres,
runs along three fairways, including the dramatic finishing hole.
Kaluhyat Golf Club at Turning Stone
Measuring in at just over 7,100 yards, this Robert Trent Jones, Jr. course
is marked by dramatic changes in elevation, measuring as high as 50 feet in
some areas. Plateau settings offer seemingly endless, spectacular views of the
surrounding terrain. Six lakes throughout the course add to the picturesque
setting. Kaluhyat is a classic shot-maker's course, where accuracy and strategy
are rewarded as much as length.
Shenendoah Golf Club at Turning Stone
Shenendoah offers 18 holes of PGA-level golf in a spectacular natural setting.
The course was built and is maintained to comply with stringent Audubon International
standards for environmental protection and preservation. Designer Rick Smith
used the natural landscape to create wooded parkland holes, open pastures that
capture the links feel, and beautifully simple low country-style holes. Designed,
constructed and maintained to tour standards, Shenendoah offers conditions normally
reserved for tour professionals.
