The Panorama Course is perennially rated as one of the most challenging in the state. A typical Donald Ross design, it features small inverted greens and wide open fairways that were built on very hilly terrain. Ponds that come into play on three holes, with the signature hole is being the 12th. The 387-yard, par 4 requires a tee shot into a blind landing area, and then an uphill approach shot to a green that was built into a mountainside.
The Coashaukee Course (the nine-hole design) was built on flat terrain, the fairways are wide open, but the slightly-sloped greens are small and difficult to hit in regulation. Water hazards come into play on two holes.
This resort was first awarded a Silver Medal by GOLF Magazine in 1996.
