A year ago, work began on the Golf Magazine Dream House at the upscale Cliffs at Keowee Springs community in Greenville, S.C. You're now welcome to cross the threshold and see the results.

The 5,200-square-foot Dream House was unveiled on September 5, and it includes a "Full Swing" golf simulator that can transport you to the world's best courses from the comfort of your own living room. Open and covered porches overlook the 6th, 12th, and 13th holes at the Tom Fazio-designed course, and there's enough entertainment space and amenities throughout the house to rival any 19th hole.

Designed with natural stone, slate and cedar by Greenville, S.C.-based builder, Allora, the five-bedroom, five-bath home is set on 1.32 acres and features an expansive screened porch, an outdoor grill and fireplace, a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with a double oven, and a lower level that comes complete with a billiards room and a wine cellar. An energy-efficient landscaping system ensures that both you and your lawn will remain green. The home will be listed at approximately $3 million.
