It's one thing to make a hole-in-one. It's a totally separate thing to make a hole-in-one at your own celebrity golf event.
That's exactly what Derek Jeter did on Friday. Or so we think.
At the Derek Jeter Celebrity Invitational in Las Vegas, Jeter took dead aim at the pin on Shadow Creek's tricky par-3 17th fronted by water and protected by bunkers. After a somewhat-decent swing, Jeter watches his ball roll directly into the cup. His sister posted the video to Instagram with the caption: "Love my job!!! Hole in one by #DerekJeter...or is it? #DJCI #Turn2is20 #Turn2 #DJCI2016"
That caption is weird. But look at that face! That's the face of pure joy. If it's a fake, Jeter is selling it well.
NFL Hall-of-Famer Jerry Rice chimed in on Twitter with his thoughts on if the ace was legitimate or not. They did start to celebrate awfully quick.
