One Direction bandmate and aspiring golfer Niall Horan is planning to spend some of the group's upcoming hiatus working on his swing. On Monday Horan posted a photo of himself at a foggy driving range, captioned "First time to hit golf balls in 10 weeks." He recently told Ireland's RTE Ten that he would like to be "a low single figure in golf and in better shape" by the end of next year.

Horan can be seen showing off his putting skills in One Direction’s newest music video, which debuted Oct. 20. In “Perfect,” he appears in an empty hotel room, trying to sink a shot.

Horan’s love for golf isn’t limited to his own game. Last spring he served as Rory McIlroy’s caddie at the Masters Par 3 Contest in Augusta.
