Kevin Kisner's Mom Is Not Helping Him Win Golf Tournaments
Kevin Kisner's mom Christy is not doing a very good job of helping her son win his first-ever tournament on the PGA Tour.
Kisner led The RSM Classic after 54 holes, and he was trying to hold that lead early in Sunday's round over playing partners Graeme McDowell and Kevin Chappell.
But Kisner wasn’t getting any help from the gallery. When McDowell hit an errant tee shot on the seventh hole, it bounced off a spectator and back into the fairway. The spectator? Kisner’s mom, Christy. McDowell and Kisner both parred the hole for Kisner to remain five ahead at 19-under.
The Golf Channel telecast reported that Christy was OK. Now we will see if her son can pick up his first PGA Tour win.
