Jordan Spieth can thank a spectator for saving him a stroke in Abu Dhabi.

During his second round at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, Spieth drove his ball into the backside of a spectator, effectively using the man as a bumper and avoiding landing in a water hazard.

Check out the video below and watch the man recoil as the ball flies straight into the his rear. Ouch!

The spectator seemed to be OK, laughing it off with his friends. Commentators got a chuckle too, cheekily referred to the shot as a 'plugged lie.' Hopefully, this man won't be the butt of everyone's jokes for too long.
