Just hours ago, Vice President Joe Biden announced that he will not be seeking the 2016 Democratic nomination for president, ending months of speculation about his future plans. Biden, an avid golfer, was reportedly encouraged to consider running again by his son, Beau, who passed away last spring.

This week will bring another chance for the politician to honor Beau's memory: a charity golf tournament founded in Beau's name will take place on Monday. Joe Biden is expected to attend the tournament with his wife, Jill.

After losing her husband to brain cancer in May, Hallie Biden created the Beau Biden Foundation to continue his advocacy on behalf of the victims of child abuse, Delaware Online reports. The golf tournament, to be held in Wilmington, DE, will support the foundation’s mission of protecting children. As Delaware’s attorney general. Beau Biden made preventing child sexual abuse one of his main causes.

Monday’s event has already proven popular, with slots for golfers to participate on the course at the Wilmington Country Club sold out. There’s still room to attend the cocktail reception and to sign up as a sponsor. Participants at the tournament will wear blue bracelets stamped with the letters “WWBD,” for “What would Beau do?”
