To round out the AeroBurner line, TaylorMade introduced the new AeroBurner Pro ($26.99) and AeroBurner Soft ($19.99) golf ball models.

The AeroBurner Pro, which is aimed at players who want a combination of distance and Tour-like stopping power on the greens, features a three-piece design with a Spin Mantle and proprietary Iothane cover. 342 Low-Drag Performance Aerodynamics (LDP) further enhance distance by providing longer hang time.

The AeroBurner Soft is TaylorMade’s softest two-piece model ever and is designed for maximum distance with added greenside control.

“AeroBurner Soft combines the speed and distance off the tee that golfers need with the soft greenside stopping power that they crave,” said Mike Ferris, TaylorMade’s VP, Golf Ball and Accessories. “This ball is a distance ball that actually stops. It’s for most golfers who only hit 4 greens a round of golf. This can be a real par saver.”

Features include a similar proprietary Iothane cover and LDP dimple pattern as well as a new, softer REACT core for improved ball speed on all types of full shots. The design of the AeroBurner Soft was inspired by the highly-successful Project (a), which was made for amateur players who needed both distance and more spin on greenside shots.
