In celebration of the 10 year anniversary of the TOUR360 franchise adidas Golf has introduced the newest iteration in the family, the TOUR360 Boost ($200).
In addition to the 360WRAP midfoot support technology that’s run through the entire TOUR360 line the newest model features full length cushioning provided by BOOST foam as well as a 10-cleat dual-density outsole. Unlike past TOUR360 models the newest shoe is designed with a full-length outsole rather than two separate sections in the forefoot and heel. This design provides enhanced arch support and traction while maintaining independent flexibility in the front and rear of the shoe. Premium leather uppers provide a soft feel, added durability and improved fit. To date TOUR360 shoes have been worn in 38 PGA Tour victories.
“TOUR360 broke ground when it hit the market in 2005,” said Masun Denison, Director of Footwear at adidas Golf. “Our challenge in creating the next generation was living up to the TOUR360 name. We took everything we’ve learned in the last 10 years including visual cues from prior models while utilizing materials and construction innovation to take the TOUR360 BOOST to the next level. It’s a culmination of years of technology, testing, insights and athlete feedback.”
The TOUR360 Boost will be available in six colors on January 8, 2016. A BOA version ($230) will be available in two colors on February 1, 2016.
