Cobra King Wedge

Cobra engineers used modal analysis to fine-tune vibrational frequencies in its newest wedge, the Cobra King.

The result? The company’s softest-feeling short game tools ever. The new sticks have loft-specific grooves -- wider in the 56° to 60° to maximize spin on partial and open-faced swings, and more traditional spacing in the 48° to 54° -- for consistent spin rates throughout the set.

In addition, the face has a textured coating in an effort to boost spin on partial swings. With three sole grinds to choose from -- the WideLow has a wide sole and low bounce (4° to 7°), the Versatile has a medium sole and medium bounce (8° to 10°), and the Classic has a narrow sole and high bounce (11° to 12°) -- you can find the club that best suits your swing and course conditions.

The Cobra King wedges will be available at retail on April 1. Price: $149 each.
