From Golf Magazine (February 2009)
This handsome combo set for the Average Joe matches easy-to-hit hybrid long irons with sweet-feeling, forged cavity-back irons (5-PW). A "stabilizer bar" across the back cavity reinforces the iron face to minimize harsh impact sensations. The cavity, in fact, is comprised of four mini cavities. It's said that this builds in forgiveness and lowers the club's center of gravity (CG) to launch higher shots. Milled grooves punctuate the club's quality and consistency. Idea Tech a4 hybrids 3 (19°) and 4 (22°) have sufficient rear weighting to help shots get airborne with ease. The club's forgiving design (MOI is 2,880 g/cm2, 18 percent higher than Idea Pro Gold hybrids) should help keep misses near your target. The maraging steel face (12 percent thinner than the typical stainless steel face) adds pop, too.
