This is a great course to practice short and long irons. The average distance on this little par three is 150yds but there are some shorter and longer up to 180+. Course is always in great shape. Green are small and fairly slow and soft great for practice or just to get out of the house. Take spouse or kids along as you can walk this little gem in about 1.5 hours.
