This is a quiet, classy and clean family country club. I absolutely love traveling up to Hawthorn Woods as much as I can. The staff is of the highest professionalism- and the food in the club house is to die for! It's a private club, but has many perks and opportunities to network and socialize with other members every month. It's a bit of a drive from Chicago (about 45 minutes), but I promise you it is worth it. It's also an Arnold Palmer designed golf course! Feels like you are on vacation when you are at HWCC. Very worth the money to be a member.
