When Jim Furyk signed an endorsement deal with 5-Hour Energy a few years back, it seemed like a good fit for the fast-growing company and the PGA Tour vet. But then Furyk proceeded to collapse every Sunday after about four hours on the course, making the flashy logo on the front of his hat seem a bit out of place.
On Thursday, Furyk announced that he had resigned with Callaway Golf, a deal that puts a Callaway hat back on the front of his cap.
How did Furyk celebrate this development? By imitating LeBron James's pre-game chalk throw, but with a golfy twist.
