Bubba Watson had an eventful year in 2014 that saw him win three times, including his second title at the Masters and a victory at the WGC-HSBC Champions in November. But according to the man himself, his year just became a lot more memorable.
Watson announced via Twitter Wednesday that he and wife Angie are finalizing the adoption of a daughter named Dakota.
Look forward to releasing more information once our adoption is final. Thanks all for your thoughts, prayers & continued support!! #Blessed— bubba watson (@bubbawatson) December 24, 2014
This summer, Bubba acknowledged that he and Angie had begun the lengthy process of adopting another child.
The Watsons welcomed their son Caleb into the family in 2012, just weeks before his first Masters victory. The excited new father frequently gushed about his son in interviews, and Caleb quickly became a regular in photos on Watson's Twitter account.
